Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with product inquiries, manage order processes, and resolve service-related issues
- Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer challenges
- Stay informed about company products, promotions, and the latest industry trends to provide reliable information
- Meet individual and team performance goals in terms of customer satisfaction and case resolution
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflict effectively
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is an advantage
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural experience
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as necessary
