Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
