Job Description
- Initiate, structure, and negotiate detailed and successful outcomes for clients and companies
- Build, prioritize, manage, and communicate tasks among the department and ensure deadlines and procedures are followed
- Manage a team consisting of 3 software developers of varying levels of skill
- Ensure that the company’s guidelines are followed by all team members on every project independent of the size and that the outcome corresponds to the business need
- Collaborate with internal teams such as installation and support members to launch new projects
- Build and facilitate department objectives to meet company and project objectives in an efficient manner
- Liaise, maintain, and nurture client relationships
- Represent the company at key industry events
- Good understanding of the banking sector and its daily procedures
- Documenting business requirements based on client needs
- Design and architecture solutions that satisfy client needs in a maintainable manner
Your Profile
- University degree in computer science or relevant
- Proven experience as a Senior .Net Developer (C#, Asp .Net, Asp .Net Core)
- Proven experience as a team leader
- Experience with cloud technologies
- Advanced development skills including Web Applications, Web Services, Software Architecting
- Thorough knowledge of business analysis procedures
- In-depth understanding of Microsoft Technologies
- Familiarity with source control tools (ex. TFS, GitHub, etc.)
- Mastering development tools (Visual Studio, SSMS, Postman, etc.)
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Team player
- Understanding of Agile methodology and principles
