Job Description:
Bastaslar Group is seeking an innovative and driven Business Development Specialist to join our marketing team. This role will focus on developing and implementing campaigns and business models aimed at increasing customer engagement, revenue, and market reach for Sun Valley Resort and Residency, Sun Valley Gym, Sun Valley Spa, and our signature Italian restaurant, TARO.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, creating strategic campaigns, and forging partnerships that enhance our brand's visibility and impact. This is a dynamic role that requires a blend of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and strong relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative business strategies and campaigns to attract new customers and enhance the experience of existing customers across Sun Valley Resort and Residency, Sun Valley Gym, Sun Valley Spa, and TARO Italian Restaurant.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and hospitality, to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with brand goals.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Drive customer loyalty initiatives, including special promotions, memberships, and unique customer experiences.
- Foster relationships with key industry contacts, influencers, and business networks to expand Sun Valley's market presence.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality, wellness, or restaurant industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business campaigns and strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach to business development.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms is a plus.
