Your Responsibilities
- Provide top-level technical support to Italian-speaking customers using our cloud services
- Quickly identify and resolve technical issues to enhance customer satisfaction
- Guide clients through product features and assist them in maximizing their usage
- Document all interactions and solutions provided for future reference
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share insights
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product updates and improvements
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential
- Strong technical aptitude and a passion for problem-solving
- Previous experience in technical support is a plus but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a remote team
