As our Company continues to grow, we are looking to recruit Sales Consultants to join our team in Limassol.
Join our team, where you will be responsible to ensure a positive customer experience.
Main Job Responsibilities:
· Deliver excellent customer service for achieving high level of customer satisfaction
· Determine customers' needs by creating a friendly and familiar environment
· Recommend products based on customer needs and desires, answer questions regarding products
· Provide advice and a detailed presentation of proposals-solutions that may be of interest to the customers based on their needs and preferences.
· Prepare proposals / presentations of the agreed products.
· Prepare sales orders and facilitate special requests, based on the products agreed with the customer.
· Maintain a knowledge of sales, promotions, store policies, and sales practices
· Maintain records and prepare reports related to sales offers and orders
· Ensure that any potential issues that may arise in relation with the client's order are resolved smoothly and fast.
· Provide effective customer service with courtesy and professionalism.
Requirements and Skills:
· Excellent customer service skills.
· At least 2 years of experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
· Exceptional communication skills in Greek and English language, both written and verbal.
· Excellent time management and organisational skills.
· Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
· Passion for furniture design and interior design as a whole
Remuneration Package and Benefits
- A competitive salary, circa 15k-19k
- Monthly commission based on sales
- KPIs Bonus
- A 5day working schedule from Monday to Saturday
