We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed
Brokerage Officer (24/5 Shift Rotation) to join our dynamic team at HFM.
Your role at HFM:
- Monitor the functioning of all trading systems and platforms, including MT4/MT5.
- Investigate and resolve client complaints and requests related to trading.
- Continuously monitor the flow of transactions of all HFM clients, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Monitor activity in world markets to identify critical market events.
- Conduct competitive analysis on products and propose improvements.
- Create analysis reports on client trading activity as required.
- Ensure the company's hedged exposure is accurate and correct.
- Prepare reports for management regarding trading operations.
- Troubleshoot any issues arising in day-to-day trading operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- BSc/BA in Economics, Finance, or relevant field.
- Graduate applications are welcome.
- CySEC certifications would be considered an advantage.
- Must be able to work shifts (Monday - Friday).
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Keen interest in financial markets and familiarity with the economic calendar.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Excel or SQL would be considered an advantage.
- A team player with an enthusiastic approach to new challenges.
EU/EFTA citizens OR holders of a Cyprus work permit OR foreign nationals married to an EU citizen.
