We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed
Back Office Team Leader – Account Opening to join our dynamic team at HFM.
Your role at HFM:
- Oversee the KYC process and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide ongoing training and mentor the existing team, enhancing their skills and productivity.
- Implement best practices and streamline the account opening procedures.
- Improve overall client satisfaction by ensuring a smooth and efficient on boarding experience.
- Provides assistance to all departments for account opening related tasks.
- Providing staff supervision, organizing and maintaining rota, in order for the department to fulfill its responsibilities.
- Account Opening procedures: individual and corporate.
- Update KPI report to effectively monitor performance and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Updating Back Office manual according to any changes in procedures.
- Monitor accounts as per AMLCO reporting guidelines.
- Effectively handle any further requests from the Head of Back Office.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- BSc/BA in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in the Financial Markets industry, with previous leadership or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of KYC regulations and compliance standards within the FX industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage with inspiring teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
EU/EFTA citizens OR holders of a Cyprus work permit OR foreign nationals married to an EU citizen.
