Job Overview
The Groom stores and delivers to and from rooms guest luggage, ensuring guests receive a high level of personalized service
Duties and responsibilities:
- To be present at the entrance or in the lobby areas, ready to assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested
- Promotes the hotel outlets, services and facilities
- Handles support equipment properly
- Greets all guests in a pleasant courteous and polite manner
- Take appropriate action to resolve guest requests or complaints
- Is aware of all policies and procedures related to Health, Hygiene & Fire Life Safety
Requirements
- At least 2 years previous experience as a Bell Boy /Groom in 4* or 5* hotel
- Excellent command of English and Greek language
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic, friendly & self-motivated personality
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Driving licence category B
