We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team in Nicosia as a Sales and Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in both retail and wholesale sectors.
- Process orders promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers and the dealer network.
- Achieve goals established in agreement with the company's management.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and inquiries.
- Actively participate in company events, contributing to our employer branding efforts.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Requirements:
- University degree in any field.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages (reading, speaking, and writing).
- Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to quickly and efficiently address customer issues.
- Excellent cooperation and communication skills.
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve to stay updated with product knowledge and customer service techniques.
