Job Description: Forex CRM Manager
Location: Cyprus
Working Hours: Shifts (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Salary: Up to 2,200 Euro/month
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Forex CRM Manager to oversee and optimize client relationship management processes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in forex sales and client conversion strategies, ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and potential clients, and maximizing conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop CRM strategies to enhance client conversion rates.
Monitor, analyze, and report on CRM performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
Maintain up-to-date client data and manage communication channels.
Oversee automated marketing campaigns and optimize for better performance.
Train and guide sales teams on effective CRM practices and client handling.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a CRM management role within the forex or financial industry.
Strong understanding of client conversion strategies and sales processes.
Proficiency with CRM tools and software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts as required.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
