Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in manual testing;
- 1+ year experience in automation testing (UI and backend);
- 2+ years’ experience in people management or team leading;
- Proven track record in QA automation and working with analytic tools;
- Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating with customers;
- Results-oriented and motivated individual with a passion for quality assurance;
- Understanding of OOP principles and design patterns, hands-on experience applying them into test frameworks;
- Understanding how to set up, maintain and support test automation process from scratch;
- Ability to set up, maintain and support test automation process from scratch;
- Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery practices;
- Test reporting/managing tools experience (Allure or similar);
- Strong knowledge of test approaches, test design techniques;
- The ability to create comprehensive test plans, evaluate risks, and devise test strategies is must have skill;
- Willingness to move to Larnaca, Cyprus.
You will deal with and be responsible for:
- Define QA strategy, unify manual and automation testing approaches, achieve and keep a high-quality level of shipped products;
- Leading and developing the QA team;
- Organize trainings (for both business and technical aspects), and manage performance evaluation of all QA team members;
- Focus on continuous QA processes and deliverables improvements;
- Improve/introduce proper documentation of the testing guides, processes, and policies. Track everything to be up to date;
- Build a set of clear and transparent KPIs based on bug tracking system data and other sources in order to visualize the ‘quality’ of the product in each development phase, environment, etc;
- In collaboration with architects and managers, they enforce best practices, such as “root cause analysis”, “continuous integration quality gates”, track and escalate critical QA items in technical debt.
Would be a plus:
- Fintech knowledge;
- ZeroMQ;
- FIX Protocol;
- Trading domain;
- Experience with containerization via Docker;
- Experience with C# and/or Python;
- Experience with performance and load testing.
