Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative fluent in Spanish (C2 level) with strong English skills (C1 level) to join our team remotely in Greece. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients in the consumer electronics sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback to improve processes.
