We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Business Development to drive our growth strategy, identify new market opportunities, and build strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Dive deep into market trends, customer needs, and competitive forces to shape our product direction
- Lead and mentor our product management team, promoting a culture of innovation and results-driven performance
- Lead the charge throughout the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery, from engineering and design to marketing and compliance
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and competitor activities, using data analysis to drive continuous product improvement
- Interact with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their needs and challenges
- Craft a clear product roadmap that aligns with our strategic vision and prioritizes features based on customer value and business impact
Requirements
- 5+ years in a Head of Product or Product Team Lead role, and 7 years in product management overall
- Expertise in building and motivating high-performing teams, with a proven track record of fostering collaboration and achieving results
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field
- Substantial experience in B2C products (Fintech industry)
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle models and agile methodologies, along with proficiency in business modeling, P&L management, and ROI analysis
- Proficient in key performance metrics such as CTR, CTI, and LTV, with a strong ability to conduct A/B testing and UI/UX testing
- Stakeholder management, negotiation, interpersonal skills
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
