Our team consists of seasoned Finance and Investment professionals dedicated in identifying opportunities aligned with the Group’s mission in the European market and beyond. We are looking to hire an experienced Investment Manager to join our dynamic team in Limassol Office.
Job Description:
- Identifying industry trends and performing research to identify investment opportunities in the targeted regions.
- Developing new relationships through brokers and a professional network of contacts and business partners.
- Presenting and defending investing opportunities in front of the shareholders
- Manage asset acquisitions and disposals
- Negotiate terms and conditions with the stakeholders
- Performing the appropriate due diligence and underwriting on funds, co-investments and secondary opportunities.
- Cooperating along with the Finance team for financing potential investments through debts or private loans
- Perform financial analysis of investments and optimize portfolio performance through strategic asset management
What you need to have for this role:
- Advanced University Degree in Finance, Economics or another Degree deemed equivalent, preferably by a UK based University
- A minimum of six years' work experience either through direct fund investments, investment banking or real estate
- Proven analytical / logical thinking capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and focus on results
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to present and express your convictions in a clear manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Perfect command of English and Greek language
