Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in a C-level role within companies of 1,000+ employees;
- Proven experience in the gaming, betting, or gambling industries;
- M&A Experience: Strong background in mergers and acquisitions, investment fund interactions, restructurings, due diligence, and audits;
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage projects, and oversee processes effectively.
Will be a plus:
- Professional Certifications: Finance, accounting, or project management certifications.
- Strong recommendations from previous employers.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and achievement of the group's strategic goals;
- Monitor financial performance against strategic objectives and analyze deviations;
- Participate in daily decision-making processes with top management concerning finance, accounting, and control;
- Assess and analyze financial aspects of investment projects, conduct due diligence, and establish financial controls;
- Structure and refine the financial-legal framework of the group;
- Oversee tax planning, optimize cash flow, and develop banking and EMI strategies;
- Collaborate with the legal department, compliance, and other teams;
- Lead and manage financial teams, including setting tasks, evaluating performance, hiring, and dismissing employees;
- Oversee client balances, reconciliations, PSP conditions, and operational liquidity;
- Manage banking accounts, cryptocurrency, APMs, payment calendars, and business liquidity;
- Handle management reporting, controlling, budgeting, payroll, and cross-business financial interactions;
- Ensure compliance with tax obligations, regulatory reporting, external audits, and inspections by regulatory bodies;
- Collaborate with development teams to automate financial processes, including project management and integration with internal systems.
