We are currently looking for a Recruitment Officer to join our fast-growing HR & Recruitment Team, being responsible for attracting the right people and connect them with the right job opportunities. The ideal individual will be mainly responsible to maintain mutual beneficial relationships with clients and candidates.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain strong professional business relationship with prospective clients and partners
· Managing the recruitment process from sourcing to the offer stage and beyond
· Review and analyze international recruitment trends to design first class recruitment strategy
· Managing candidate sourcing, interview and selection process
· Build long term relationships with both clients and candidates
· Create Job Descriptions & Advertisements
· Attract applicants by operating different sourcing channels, such as company career site, job sites, placement companies, employee referral program, social media networks, pool searches, job fairs and academy relations
Key Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, marketing, or related field
· At least 1 year of experience in a similar field.
· Knowledge of Social Media (recruitment forums) will be considered as an advantage
· Knowledge of Employer Branding techniques will be considered as an advantage
