Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for finding top talent? We are seeking an HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Praxis Tech where you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our teams.
Responsibilities: • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety roles • Work closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and create compelling job descriptions. • Proactively source candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and tech-specific communities and more. • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit. • Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS). • Help shape and improve our recruitment processes, from candidate experience to employer branding.
Qualifications: • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within the tech or IT industry. • Experience sourcing candidates from multiple channels, including LinkedIn, and other tech-focused platforms. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build relationships with technical candidates. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). • A passion for technology and staying up to date with the latest trends in the tech industry.
