We are looking for a highly organized and efficient OfficeAdmin/Office Manager with some basic HR experience to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration:
Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events. Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
Office Management
Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office. Develop office policies and procedures and ensure they are implemented appropriately. Manage office budgets, including expenses and petty cash. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including workspace setup and
orientation. Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Basic HR Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation. Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and assisting with candidate
communication. Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents, such as employment
contracts and offer letters. Help coordinate employee training and development programs. Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Proven experience in office administration and management. Basic understanding of HR functions and practices. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Fluent in English; knowledge of Greek is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in the Forex or financial industry. Familiarity with office management software and HR systems.
