ZSM LLC is a dynamic, client – centered law firm specializing mainly in corporate law and shipping law. As a dynamic and growing firm, we are now looking to expand our team by recruiting a dedicated and experienced lawyer to join our team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide array of legal documents including but not limited to sale agreements, share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, loan agreements, commercial agreements.
2. Providing expert legal advice and services on the establishment, administration, restructuring and dissolution of companies.
3. Drafting of legal opinions on diverse corporate matters.
4. Preparing various types of court documents (mostly on corporate matters) and representing clients in court as needed.
5. Supporting company’s corporate procedures.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in law (master’s degree will be considered as an advantage).
2. Minimum of 3 years’ post qualification experience practicing law in Cyprus; experience in corporate or shipping law will be highly valued.
3. Strong ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
4. Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and spoken.
5. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle complex tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
