In this role, you will be responsible for providing instant messaging support to users in Spanish on our social media platforms. Your interactions will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering a positive online community. Your Responsibilities
- Deliver timely instant messaging support in Spanish across various social media channels
- Respond to customer inquiries swiftly and resolve any issues that arise effectively
- Engage with our online community to create a friendly and supportive environment
- Collaborate with the social media team to ensure consistent and engaging communication
- Collect and analyze user feedback to improve our service offerings
- Stay current with product information, promotions, and industry developments
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English is a must
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in customer support or social media roles is a plus
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple conversations in a fast-paced environment
- Effective problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
- Familiarity with social media platforms and instant messaging tools
- Must be able to work remotely from anywhere within Greece
