Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat communications
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding high-end coffee machines and their functionalities
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and technical issues
- Guide customers through product setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance processes
- Provide accurate information regarding product features, promotions, and services
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
- Knowledge of high-end consumer products, especially coffee machines, is a significant advantage
- Proficient in using digital communication tools and customer relationship management software
