We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic
Front Office Agent to join our team for the upcoming 2025 season (April-October) in Santorini. As a Front Office Agent, you will represent the first point of contact for our guests and are crucial in ensuring their stay is enjoyable and hassle-free.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle reservations and manage inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist in coordinating housekeeping and maintenance requests
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions
- Promote in-house and sister properties' services and facilities
- Ensure the front desk area is welcoming and organized
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate a seamless guest experience
Requirements
- Previous experience as a front office agent or in a customer service role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Familiarity with hotel management software (PMS) is an advantage
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
