We are seeking an exceptional
Front Office Manager to join our team for the
2025 season in Santorini, Greece. As the Front Office Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring that guests receive a warm welcome and efficient service. You will manage the front desk team and coordinate guest services, check-ins, check-outs, and communication with other departments. The ideal candidate must exemplify professionalism, attention to detail, and possess a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Lead front desk operations ensuring seamless guest check-in/check-out procedures
- Train and motivate front office staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize guest experience and satisfaction
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring high standards are maintained
- Develop and implement front office policies, procedures, and services
- Address and resolve guest complaints or issues effectively and professionally
- Solicit feedback from guests during their stay and respond to online reviews
- Promote hotel facilities and special packages to guests
- Maintain a positive and professional environment for staff and guests alike
Requirements
- Relevant experience as a Front Office Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability and strong organizational skills
- Skilled in handling customer complaints with composure and professionalism
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and MS Office applications
- Passion for guest service and dedication to quality
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong multitasking skills
- Fluent in English, additional languages are beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
