White Pearl Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and reliable
Laundry Attendant to join our team for the summer season 2025 (April-October) in beautiful Santorini, Greece. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all linens, towels, and guest garments are cleaned and presented to the highest standards. Your role is critical in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort that our guests expect and deserve.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and garments according to established protocols
- Operate industrial washing machines and dryers efficiently
- Inspect for stains and damages, treating garments as necessary
- Report maintenance issues and supply shortages to your Supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area
- Assist with inventory control and laundry supply orders
- Uphold health and safety standards
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing any guest inquiries promptly
Requirements
- Previous experience in laundry services preferred
- Familiarity with industrial laundry machines
- Knowledge of fabric care and cleaning methods
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Physical endurance to lift heavy loads and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude
