We are on the lookout for a talented Cook to become a part of our culinary team for the upcoming season (April-October 2025). In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring that presentation and flavor meet our established standards. You will collaborate with other kitchen staff to create a seamless workflow and maintain our commitment to culinary excellence.

Responsibilities

Cooking food according to receipes, quality and presentations standards and food preparation checklist as per Executive Chef's guidelines
Kitchen maintenance and cleaning, following food safety requirements
Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies
Proper management, use and storage of all materials and equipment of the department
Observance of all procedures and regulations of the department
Preparation of staff food according to Executive Chef's guidelines

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cook or in a related culinary role
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills and a strong team player
Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
Proficient in following recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines
Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a kitchen setting
Willingness to work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays
Culinary arts degree or certification is preferred but not required
