As part of our commitment to exceptional guest service, White Pearl Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Reservations Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing hotel reservations, providing guests with information about our properties, and ensuring a seamless booking experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding room availability, rates, amenities etc
- Handle reservations inquiries and send offers via all channels in a timely manner while exhibiting interest and professional image
- Assist guests with modifications or cancellations to existing reservations
- Process payment transactions and ensure accuracy in billing and financial documentation
- Ensures accurate input of reservations details in the PMS
- Be always updated on sales strategies, rates, products, packages and facilities of the company
- Perform selling, up-selling and cross selling techniques
- Support front office department and duties when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience with reservations or relevant experience of working in a similar field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek; additional languages are a plus
- Previous knowledge in using Pylon PMS will be considered as an asset
- Computer proficiency in a Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Multitasking and critical thinking are required in order to prioritize and handle the tasks
- Problem solving oriented personality, able to find the best solution to every customer related issue
- Strong administrative abilities
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hotel's operational needs
