Role Overview:
The Sales Director for the Commercial Sector will lead Voiso’s sales efforts for Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions across the EMEA & MENA regions. This role focuses on developing and managing strategic channel partnerships while also leading a high-performing direct sales team. The ideal candidate will drive growth by leveraging both indirect and direct sales channels, ensuring Voiso's solutions are at the forefront of the market.
Responsibilities:
- Channel Sales Development & Management: Develop and implement a channel sales strategy tailored to Contact Center solutions, building strong relationships with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners focused on CCaaS. Recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners, equipping them with the knowledge and resources needed to successfully position and sell Voiso’s contact center solutions. Engage in joint business planning and regular performance reviews with partners, ensuring alignment on growth targets and maximizing channel effectiveness. Drive joint sales initiatives with partners, including co-marketing campaigns and collaborative sales activities, to generate pipeline and close opportunities.
- Direct Sales Team Leadership: Lead the direct sales team in promoting and selling Voiso’s CCaaS solutions, setting clear performance targets and sales objectives aligned with business goals. Provide coaching, training, and support to the sales team, focusing on the nuances of selling CCaaS solutions and maintaining strong customer relationships in the commercial sector. Track individual and team performance, offering guidance and strategies to optimize effectiveness and ensure achievement of sales goals.
- Revenue Growth & Sales Target Achievement: Develop comprehensive sales plans for both channel and direct sales teams to meet and exceed revenue targets for Voiso’s contact center solutions. Monitor sales pipelines across channel and direct teams, ensuring accurate forecasting and proactive management of opportunities. Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimizing both indirect and direct sales approaches to maximize revenue growth.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Voiso’s marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies, product roadmaps, and marketing initiatives tailored to the contact center market. Coordinate with marketing to create co-branded campaigns with channel partners and develop targeted outreach strategies to support direct sales efforts. Act as a liaison between partners, direct customers, and internal teams to ensure customer and partner feedback informs product development and service improvements.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed on trends, challenges, and opportunities within the contact center industry, ensuring Voiso remains competitive and relevant in the evolving CCaaS market. Conduct competitor analysis and share insights with internal stakeholders, adjusting channel and direct sales strategies based on market intelligence.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 7-10 years of sales experience in the IT, SaaS, or telecommunications sectors, with a focus on contact center solutions (CCaaS). At least 3 years in a leadership role managing both channel and direct sales teams.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building and managing channel ecosystems for technology solutions while achieving growth targets through direct sales in the contact center space.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of CCaaS and contact center technologies, with the ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value propositions for partners and direct customers.
- Leadership & Communication Skills: Strong leadership abilities with experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams. Excellent communication skills for managing complex relationships with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Capable of developing long-term sales strategies for the contact center sector, with a focus on data-driven insights and continuous improvement to achieve business objectives.
