Meridian Trust Ltd is looking to recruit a Corporate Administrator.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Incorporation of Cyprus companies.
- Submit and manage changes with the Registrar of Companies and other jurisdictions.
- Preparation, review and execution of various documents, including resolutions, minutes, power of attorneys, incumbency certificates etc.
- Arranging execution, notarizations, apostille and certification of documents.
- Providing administrative support to lawyers.
Job Requirements:
- Business related University Degree / Law degree will be considered an advantage
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language, both verbal and written
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team player
- Demonstrates professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility.
