Brief Description
Barilla Hellas wants to recruit a Trade Marketing Professional within the Trade Marketing department. The individual will report to the Trade Marketing Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development & implementation of trade marketing activities, building on shopper insights to deliver business growth.
Key Accountabilities - Category Value Development
- Successfully transform marketing initiatives into category/shopper development plans & present to customers as business development opportunities
- Promotional planning, co-ordination & evaluation
- Work together with sales teams to effectively manage promotional activation at customer & POS level
- Category argumentation & business reviews in collaboration with sales teams
- Monitor of market evolution, identify sales opportunities, extract & develop argumentation to support category plans
- Understanding of shopper quantified results & incorporate them into business development planning
- Present business evolution & category development plans to influence/gain customer commitment to execution
- Assortment priorities & Merchandising standards definition
- Analysis of assortment opportunities per customer, identify & quantify business opportunities
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing/Marketing or Sales function (preferably in FMCG)
- Master Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or Marketing Studies
- IT literate (MS Office), experience in SAP would be a plus
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Strategic vision, ability to manage complex and multiple tasks
- Project management skills, “can do” attitude and strive for excellence mindset
- Strong communication & influencing skills
- Fluency in Greek & Business English
Important Information
- The role is based in our Athens office, Greece. We offer hybrid working as a mix of working remotely and from the office.
- The expected starting date is January 2025.
