Our client, a well-established corporate service provider based in Limassol, is looking to hire a
Secretary to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients upon arrival at the office
- Organize and oversee daily office operations
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Manage document filing and record-keeping
- Answer incoming calls and relay messages as needed
- Prepare and manage office stationery and supplies
- Maintain and regularly update the client database
- Provide administrative support to other departments as required
Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies or a related field is a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility and initiative
- Strong computer skills
- Proficiency in Greek and English; knowledge of Russian or another language will be considered as a plus
