As the Team Lead for Drivers Acquisition and Retention Analytics, you will direct a team dedicated to optimizing our driver acquisition and retention strategies. This role focuses on the analysis of driver behavior, supply trends, and the development of targeted initiatives to boost driver engagement and retention. You will utilize data-driven insights to balance supply and demand dynamics and enhance the operational efficiency of our ride-hailing services.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Management: Guide and inspire a team of analysts, promoting an environment of professional growth and continuous learning. Oversee daily operations, ensuring the effective prioritization and delivery of projects with high standards of accuracy and timelines
- Strategic Acquisition & Retention Analysis: Develop and execute strategies for driver acquisition and retention. Analyze market trends, driver preferences, and behavior patterns to formulate robust strategies that improve driver acquisition, loyalty and retention.
- Supply Optimization: Leverage advanced analytics to understand and forecast supply and demand dynamics. Implement strategic initiatives to ensure driver operational efficiency.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Create predictive models and conduct deep-dive analyses to drive decisions regarding driver management and marketing strategies. Translate complex data into actionable insights that can be easily understood across various departments.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within the ride-hailing or logistics industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the ride-hailing market, including key factors influencing driver behavior and the interplay between supply and demand.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SQL, Python, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Experience with real-time data processing and analytics platforms is highly desirable.
- Analytical Skills: Strong capability in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and problem-solving. Experience in designing and implementing effective A/B tests and retention strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Russian at a minimum level of B2, capable of presenting complex analytical data to stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge.
