We are currently looking for an
Operations Supervisor to join our Operations Team.
As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee and enhance our operational activities, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives. Your focus will be on monitoring performance, building and optimizing processes, and supporting the team to meet organizational goals effectively.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Be To
- Oversee daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
- Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders (third-party logistics partners, workshops etc.) as well as monitor and evaluate their performance to ensure the productivity of the business
- Continuously evaluate the efficiency of the supply chain and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Lead the Operations Team members to meet and exceed customers’ expectations and business needs
- Ensure all systems operate smoothly and are aligned with our quality standards
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Automotive or any other relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive operations or supply chain
- Strong knowledge of organizational effectiveness & operations management
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Expert user of spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and reporting tools
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated people management abilities and problem-solving capability
