Position Summary: Our Brand Manager is responsible for developing strategies for a brand or a group of brands, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, securing execution excellence, translating the plan into programs, consumer and trade activities, and using a variety of data to monitor and drive volume and profitability. In their essence our brand managers are focused on achieving brand business objectives and agreed KPIs in the short and long term.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the launch of new products, developing go-to-market strategies and promotional plans to generate excitement and drive sales. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales to ensure successful launches.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns. Track brand awareness, perception, and customer sentiment to measure brand health and identify areas for improvement.
- Custodian of product quality and packaging, having extensive knowledge on the brand's product and manufacturing process and develop expertise in available packaging techniques and innovations. Handle any corporate packaging changes assuring smooth market implementation by having a close cooperation with other functions (R&D, QA, Finance, Production, Sales).
- Budget owner (develop and manage the brand/innovative project budget), allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI. Monitor expenditures, track performance against budget targets, and optimize control spending based on performance insights.
- Accountable for formulating and conducting the agency briefings, evaluating alternative proposals and preparing final proposal and aligning with all involved parties (Marketing Director, CEO, Finance).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management within FMCG sector, or a similar position. Experience in beverages (beer, spirits, soft drinks) will be considered an asset.
- Proven track record of successful execution and planning of marketing programs at the point of sale.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for the beer industry and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
- Technology savvy (MS Office Tools, Monday work management, Soft One)
