In this role, you will assist Italian-speaking clients with their technical inquiries, ensuring they receive high-quality service from the comfort of their own location while enjoying the benefits that come with remote work.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional IT support to Italian-speaking customers through various channels, including email, phone, and chat
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively, delivering timely solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
- Educate clients about our products and services, guiding them to optimize their usage
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately for future reference and quality improvement
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and create a supportive remote work environment
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated with product knowledge and best practices
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian is required; additional language skills are a plus
- Strong technical skills coupled with effective problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in customer service or IT support is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
