Job Description
We are seeking an experienced project manager to join our team. As a Software Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing software projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and deliver software projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Identify project risks and issues, and establish project governance
- Lead project teams, monitor project progress, manage project risks, and resolve issues
- Ensure that project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including project team members, customers, sponsors, and senior management
- Manage project resources, including human resources, equipment, and materials
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures, and conduct quality reviews
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies, and monitor and control project risks
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, evaluate change requests, and communicate changes to stakeholders
- Prepare project reports, including project status reports, progress reports, and financial reports
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, develop and implement process improvements, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- Has over 3 years’ experience in project management.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a software project manager, with a track record of delivering successful software projects
- Experience in Forex industry will be considered as a strong plus
- General knowledge of MT4/MT5 platform functionality will be considered as a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Technical knowledge and experience in software development
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Experience in risk management, quality assurance, and change management
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
