Office Administrator – Join the OQtima Team!
OQtima is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Administrator to join our Cyprus team. At OQtima, we are dedicated to fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
In this key role, you will be at the heart of our Cyprus office operations, managing various administrative and HR-related tasks to support the smooth functioning of our dynamic workplace. You will take on a diverse array of responsibilities, from office management and onboarding of new team members to data management, and HR support. This role requires a motivated, organized professional who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment. Prior experience in payroll administration is considered an advantage, as you will play an essential role in ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office equipment, managing office supplies, and overseeing expenses.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support administrative needs, coordinating logistics for meetings, events, and office functions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for recruitment activities, candidate databases, and other HR-related data, ensuring efficient data management.
- Utilize BambooHR for various HR tasks, including the hiring process, and work closely with Hiring Leads within the software.
- Tackle ad-hoc HR challenges, providing flexible support in a variety of HR and administrative tasks.
- Manage office expenses within budget and regularly report to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal responsibilities, while maintaining discretion with confidential information
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional-level in both English and Greek, verbal and written.
- Proven experience as a payroll administrator or in a similar role will be an advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
