PERHA Group (Register Number 388239), on behalf of our client a well-established Consulting firm in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit an Office Manager to join their expanding team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms for staff and management;
- Implement and maintain office policies;
- Monitor office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels;
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained;
- Arrange for repairs and maintenance as necessary;
- Organize office operations and procedures;
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents as needed;
- Plan and coordinate company events, including team-building activities, holiday parties, and off-site meetings;
- Greet and assist visitors, answer inquiries, and direct them to appropriate contacts;
- Supervise and monitor staff;
- Arrange transportation and accommodation as needed;
- Perform receptionist duties;
- Handle outgoing and incoming mail and packages, including sorting, distributing, and coordinating courier services;
- Manage the social media account of the Company;
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field;
- Previous experience in a similar position for 1-2 years will be considered as an advantage;
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines;
- Fluency both in English and Greek;
