On behalf of a client, an established company offering professional services in Nicosia, we are currently looking for a Recruitment Officer to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of senior positions within our organization. As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to support the company's growth and strategic objectives.
Position's Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to identify the best fit for each role.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand talent needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, direct sourcing, networking, and leveraging online resources to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, delivering a positive candidate experience and promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
- Manage relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards, to ensure a strong talent acquisition network.
- Develop and implement innovative and effective recruitment initiatives to attract diverse candidates and promote inclusivity within the organization.
Position’s Requirements
- Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any other related field.
- Master’s degree or Professional Certification is a plus.
- Experience as a corporate recruiter or in-house talent acquisition professional, with experience on senior-level & functional & sales roles
- Experience in recruiting within the corporate services
- Experience in recruiting across the multiple countries and regions
- Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment technology to track and manage candidate pipelines.
- Demonstrated success in implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
