Your Responsibilities
- Moderate and review social media content in Italian
- Ensure compliance with community standards and promote a safe user experience
- Quickly identify and report inappropriate content or user behavior
- Encourage friendly and respectful interactions within the online community
- Provide valuable feedback and insights to improve moderation processes
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive online atmosphere
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English is essential
- A genuine interest in social media and community management
- Prior experience in content moderation is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
