Reporting to the Human Resources Director for the EEMEA (Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa) region, this professional will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives and fostering organizational excellence within our dynamic HR team.

Brief Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and self-initiating individual, who would like to enhance his/her career within the HR department of a leading multinational food company. As the HR Business Partner for Eastern Europe, you will play a pivotal role in driving the effective implementation of all Human Resources processes and policies within the Eastern Europe area, emphasizing Employer Branding, Internal & External communication, Learning and Development (L&D), recruitment, internal engagement, and group organization. This involves ensuring alignment with the overarching standards set by the Barilla Group, as well as adhering to the guidance provided by the HR Director EEMEA.
Key Accountabilities:
- Collaborates with Group Organization team ensuring organizational consistency and effectiveness, encompassing the design of micro and macro structures, processes, operating mechanisms, and roles.
- Takes charge of overseeing Learning & Development activities, ensuring the successful execution of the annual training plan in alignment with internal offerings, market supply, and allocated budget. Additionally, provides recommendations for implementing programs and learning interventions that support the company’s developmental objectives for the Eastern Europe (EE) cluster.
- Leads the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization and alignment with company culture and values.
- Conducts regular assessments of employee engagement and satisfaction levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall employee experience.
- Manages the coordination of Talent Attraction and Employer Branding activities and campaigns, actively participating in career events to enhance the organization's employer brand.
- Assists in the development, communication, and implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures, ensuring clarity and compliance across the organization. Collaborates with the legal department as necessary.
- Contributes to content creation for both internal and external communication channels, ensuring messages are clear, impactful, and aligned with internal standards.
- Takes the lead and participates in various HR projects aimed at fostering a sense of belonging, cultivating effective employee relations, enhancing engagement, and boosting motivation.
- Champions Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives as integral components of the organizational culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Studies, Economics, or a relevant field.
- Postgraduate studies in HR will be considered an asset.
- 3-5 years of proven experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner (HRBP).
- Proficient in IT, particularly MS Office. Knowledge of SAP and SuccessFactors will be highly valued.
- Demonstrates outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Exhibits a problem-solving and decision-making attitude.
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written proficiency in Greek and English, with strong presentation skills.
- Capable of engaging and motivating others effectively.
- Maintains a flexible, open-minded, and receptive attitude.
- Displays strong business acumen.
