Responsibilities
- Quickly respond to emergency calls from customers requesting roadside assistance
- Provide clear and effective communication in Irish, ensuring customers receive the support they need
- Coordinate with local service providers to ensure timely assistance for clients
- Maintain professionalism and calmness while managing emergency situations
- Accurately document all customer interactions and solutions in the system
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in Irish (spoken and written) is essential
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or emergency assistance is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to remain composed under pressure
- Experience working remotely is advantageous
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including evenings and weekends
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and software applications
