The Role:
Amega Group, a growing fintech company, is seeking a highly motivated Office Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment that supports our growing business needs. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth running of our office and team.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
- Daily Office Operations: Ensure efficient daily operations and a well-organized office environment
- Office Supplies: Manage ordering and inventory of office supplies to support smooth operations
- HR Support: Assist with onboarding new employees and support basic HR processes
- Event and Meeting Coordination: Support planning for internal events, meetings, and team-building activities
- Guest Reception: Greet and assist visitors, providing a welcoming experience
- Communication Management: Handle office emails, phone calls, and correspondence promptly and professionally
- Office Organisation: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring a comfortable and efficient workspace for all team members
- Assisting Top Management: Provide administrative support to top management, handling various tasks to facilitate their work and ensure efficient operations
- Monthly Acts/Invoice Creation: Generate monthly activity reports and invoices as per management instructions (training will be provided)
- Office Time Management System Control: Oversee and manage the office time tracking system & communicate with external parties to implement corrections and updates as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Russian language is a must
