We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join the HYPPOS product development team as a freelancer. Initially, this will be a part-time role (4 hours per day), with potential for long-term collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and proven experience in creating user-friendly and visually appealing designs. You will play a crucial role in shaping user experiences for our products while working closely with our cross-functional teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Designing and delivering prototypes, wireframes, mockups and user journeys
- Improving and enhancing user experiences and interfaces utilizing user’s feedback
- Design engaging and intuitive user interfaces for web applications.
- Collaborate with the product development team to translate business requirements into user-centered designs.
- Conduct user research and testing to optimize design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Ensure consistency across product interfaces and brand guidelines.
- Contributing to build and improve product / UX design strategy and offering
- Participating in end-product reviews and testing
- Continuously improve existing designs based on user feedback and analytics.
- Gathering and analyzing user’s feedback
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a solid portfolio showcasing your work.
- Strong skills in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Ability to create visually appealing designs that enhance user experience.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with development teams.
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.

- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the local standards
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
