Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the Forex industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. This role requires a proactive individual who can foster a positive work environment, support staff development, and align HR strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and sourcing candidates to interviews and onboarding new employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local labor laws and industry standards.
• Act as a point of contact for employees and management for HR-related queries and conflict resolution.
• Manage payroll processing, employee benefits, and compensation structures.
• Foster a positive company culture and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and maintain HR records.
• Collaborate with department heads to support workforce planning and talent management strategies.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, specifically within the Forex industry or financial services sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices in HR management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
