Human Resources Manager where you will oversee all aspects of HR operations.
In this role, you will:
- Design and implement strategies to attract top talent, manage the full hiring process, and serve as a go-to resource for employee questions on HR policies.
- Address and resolve complex employee issues, foster an inclusive and engaging workplace culture, and oversee performance appraisals while supporting managers with employee development.
- Identify and coordinate training programs to encourage growth, administer competitive compensation and benefits, and ensure compliance with local and national regulations.
- Develop and update HR policies, maintain accurate employee records, and partner with management on workforce planning initiatives that align with business goals.
- Support organizational changes, manage health and wellness programs, and oversee health and safety initiatives.
- Generate and analyze HR metrics to drive informed decisions and ensure that our HR strategies support a productive, positive work environment.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelors in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Masters or HR certification (SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
- 5 to 7 years in HR, with at least 2 to 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office, and excellent organizational abilities.

- Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 17:30; Friday, 08:00 to14:00.
- Fully on site, with occasional travel as needed.
