Responsibilities
- Moderate user-generated content in Italian, ensuring it adheres to community standards and guidelines
- Identify and act upon inappropriate or harmful content effectively and promptly
- Engage with users in a respectful manner and address any inquiries related to content moderation
- Collaborate with fellow moderators to enhance content moderation strategies and practices
- Stay informed on current trends and cultural context to better inform moderation decisions
- Generate reports on moderation activities and identify opportunities for process improvements
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional language proficiency is advantageous
- Prior experience in content moderation, social media management, or related fields is preferred
- Strong familiarity with various social media platforms and their community guidelines
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive content with discretion and professionalism
- Flexibility to work remotely and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
