We manage the development and growth of a diverse range of clients within the iGaming sector, encompassing areas of sports betting, gambling, cybersport, fantasy sports, IT platform solutions, and content production worldwide.
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Financial Controller to join our Partner's team.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Manage the school's budget, perform regular reviews, and develop financial forecasts;
- Payment Management: Control daily transactions and implement financial safeguards;
- Software Implementation: Lead financial software implementations and train staff on new systems;
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and provide financial insights;
- ERP System Management: Manage and customize the ERP system, ensuring it meets financial and operational requirements;
- Analytical Reporting: Prepare analytical reports, perform variance analysis, and identify cost-saving opportunities;
- Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices;
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Support audits, compliance activities, and special financial projects.
Essential professional experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred;
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role;
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, laws, and best practices;
- Proficiency in financial management software and MS Excel;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
