Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding luxury jewelry products, orders, and services
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and maintain high levels of satisfaction
- Offer personalized assistance and recommendations based on customer preferences
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and service quality
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in luxury customer service or retail is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Interest in luxury jewelry and fashion is a significant advantage
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems is preferred
