Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat communications in Spanish
- Assist customers with inquiries about flights, bookings, and airline policies
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to issues
- Guide customers through the booking process and explain airline procedures
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or aviation sector, is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently while managing time effectively in a remote environment
